Aeroplan not showing Air China award space

I was able to grab a CSX-PEK-YVR on CA in J before they are gone again. called air china NA to validate the ticket and select seats, it was all fine. finger crossed for the actual flight.
surprises for me was that there were so many J seats on so many dates between PEK-YVR this time comparing to before. in the past, it was almost impossible to get any aeroplan seats with CA on J or F at all.

Still gone!
Air China is once again NOT bookable through Aeroplan. According to an Aeroplan agent I spoke to on the phone today, even though aeroplan.com was showing Air China award space on the evening of September 28th, 2016 (that I found out from jerryhung's post here at 7:46 pm), if you tried to go through and book the ticket it would return an error message. The issues with Air China's system accepting Aeroplan bookings with them has NOT been resolved.
Once again, following Aeroplan's site maintenance overnight, and ever since then, Aeroplan is NOT showing Air China award space again!
Please continue to post when anyone notices it's back again! (like a yo-yo).

I got a PNR from Aeroplan for Air China but had to call in to select seats and meals.
