Just a quick update

No issues via security and am boarding soon. Concierge was just as puzzled as well.

She says she is going to fire off an email to it, see what comes of it. Could be nothing more than a glitch

Got this MUST BE PRINTED thing on our YVR-YYZ tonight after OLCI. One ticket was booked with a UK OTA and one with UA miles.

Haven't flown AC (or been in Canada) since 2013.

If I had a letter, and I'm not saying that I do/did, I wouldn't talk about the circumstances.

I'd think it'd be similar to my work, when there is a discipline action, the result and/or deal that is made is subject to the 3P (Private, Personal, ....???) which from what I've been told means, don't tell, don't talk, or they can re-open it and make it worse than the deal that was made.
