Which is right (or more tales of inconsistency)
First we have the fare options page, found here that seems to indicate that same day airport change is complimentary for J lowest and for J flexible.
Then, on the rapidair page the claim seems to be that same day confirmed changes for J lowest is subject to a $75 fee.
So which page is correct? Based on the first page I provided the link to it would seem that same day change should be free even for rapidair J lowest. I'm confused.

I have used that chart to school agents who are still absolutely clueless on standby/confirmed changes, most notably YYZ priority check in. Can be quite effective.
