eUpgrade down?

The eUpgrade link doesn't work for me. Does anybody else have another way to get into the system?

I was buying AC tickets on AC's site and I broke it.
Maybe I bought too many tickets????

I was having the same problem yesterday...

I was thinking they are updating it to give the eUpgrade credits to those of us who have passed 20K and 40K thresholds...but doubtful.

I believe tomorrow they introduce domestic premium economy eUps, fare add-ons and related enhancements.

Undoubtedly a smooth IT implementation of this is in the works.

That it's not going to happen. According to him, if you've passed a threshold between Jan 1 and March 1, you are not entitled to get the eupgrade credits.

Don't shoot the messenger, but this has been discussed many times.
