Rupert's Salary
From the AC management proxy circular they list the highest paid five employees.
Rupert is not there. I speculate that this is because Aeroplan is a separate company. However for income tax purposes most companies that are interrelated have to file as related for certain preferential tax situations.
So I believe the OSC and the SEC should not let company's hide salaries in sheltered entities.
Personally I see rupert at $750,000. But if Aeroplan is making money and AC losing, then he deserves more than Milton's $1M.

Well... I did a search on google for "Rupert Duchesne earning" and the first result was "errorplan - Air Canada Reduces Aroplan Benefits!". Can't stop laughing.
Btw, nothing on the internet with his salary info.
