READ THIS

One example of perfect customer service AC provides to customer is the recent changes made at Aeroplan for our customers! AC Management seems to be very good at this and further alienating our customers. Whoever made those decisions should have been terminated for the fiasco and shows that they are out of touch with the customers and employees!! This brings to another point that communication in this organization sucks big time. Often we, front line employees, find ourselves made fools when being told by the customers first when there are changes in policies. I recommend that all our managers go back to management school and learn what it takes to be a good manager.

Well.

If you are indeed an AC employee, saying "READ THIS" seems quite in keeping with the poor customer contact that people have been speaking of around here. Ever heard of the <shift> key and the work please?

Secondly, you don't learn management in management school - you learn it in customer college, which is unfortunate, as it seems that most of the AC "team" in the backrooms of each airport and especially at Profoundly Hopeless Central never were customers - or failing that, flew on any airline other than Aeroflot.

Talking about employees, I wonder where Aeroplan SuperElite Agent has been lately (or a.k.a. Rupert?). Seems like he/she disappeared just as they made that press release back on Jan 30. I have a feeling that they came to start a thread and ask us what we wanted, then went on to make changes to make sure that we didn't get what we wanted.
