Diff between 35k and 50k
I know that this has likely been beat to death but I can't seem find what will be the precise differences between Elite 35k and 50k for 2013. I'm at 45k presently so for me it's whether or not it's worth taking a trip for a few days to earn 5k. Does someone have all of this info listed? Apparently one will still be able to get full lounge access with 35k. What about upgrades? Your help would be appreciated.

*G (E50K) vs *S (E35K). nuf said.
E35K can access most MLLs, but cannot access *G lounges without choosing it as a privilege. If you want to *G lounge access, be prepared to be down 10 credits less.

I think there are a lot of elites that dont grasp the difference between 35 and 50k and are in for a shocker in March.

*gold at 50K is worth the additional 5K miles. at least in the 2013 transition year, as I would like to hear how the 'bought' *G option at 35K plays out. I may re-evaluate for 2014 as I generally don't need the extra e-ups.

That's actually pretty interesting... I thought that might happen, but why 30K when UA/US/DL/AA all have 25K level qualification levels?
