Automatic upgrade process broken (again?)
So another weird one from the eupgrade bug department.
Two people waitlisted to eupgrade. Both on M fares, same day, same flight. One SE, one E. SE is waitlisted for upgrade at T-7. E is waitlisted at T-4 then automatically upgraded at T-4 with notification via email. Same flight. ....

Good suggestion. Thanks. Forgot about that avenue. I will post follow up if anything meaningful results. At very least they asked for PNR right away and somebody is listening!

And when I see US carriers posting u/g lists online and at the gate, I like the transparency.
Hey, for the most part, most of us are in the dark on the methodology of the u/g process, a key benefit of elite status. A little sunlight should ell everyone.... ^
