To me, when I read about stuff like this, I have a hard time trusting the system...
And when I see US carriers posting u/g lists online and at the gate, I like the transparency.
Hey, for the most part, most of us are in the dark on the methodology of the u/g process, a key benefit of elite status. A little sunlight should ell everyone.... ^
