2 separate tkts,Bagage checked thru?
Flying on AC, YUL-YYZ-MUC and have a connecting flight in MUC with LH to Turkey which is issued on a separate ticket. Can agent in YUL check my bag through to final destination ? I only have 2 hours in MUC between flights and would prefer just to transit and not have to go through EU controls) and re-check. Anyone experience similar situation? Thanks for your input.

If you ask, the checkin agent should be able to accommodate you since AC and LH codeshare and have interline agreements. The risk of a misconnect falls to you, though, since the tickets are separate.
