MLL access with UA club passes?

My parents have a 8 hr layover in YYZ. Can they use 2 UA club passes (received as part of a credit card incentive) to access the MLL? If not, any other suggestions for them? (buy a pass? Any UA clubs in YYZ?)

They can not use the UA Club passes to access a Maple Leaf Lounge.

If they purchased the ticket on aircanada.com, they can add lounge access to the reservation (I don't think they can do this if it is a UA ticket). It is fairly expensive and likely not worth it.

With 8 hours, why not explore Toronto or rent a car and visit Niagara Falls?

There are also the Plaza Premium lounges. They charge by the hour.

Better off taking the airport inter terminal train over to terminal 3 and having a few drinks in the Sheraton bar

If they are traveling in J on the award ticket, that alone gets them MLL access.

How mobile are they? Which day of the week are they flying? What time is the inbound and outbound? With 8 hours there are other outside airport possibilities that I can suggest with more information.

They're semi mobile - flying in Y ,not J. I'm thinking of getting them a car service to pick them up from the airport and take them to the city for a nice lunch. Any good car companies you can recommend?

Yes that would be a better idea. 8 hours is any lounge even LH's FCL in FRA is a long time.

Toronto is the most ethnically divers city in the world. The food choice reflects this trend.

It's a bit difficult to say it is the most ethnically diverse; but it is up there. 2006 Data shows more diversity than Miami, NYC or LA.

Back to the OP; lots of choices in Toronto especially on a short visit; might want to something touristy just for ease of access like the CN Tower (which has a prix fixe menu if memory serves of reasonable quality).

Pizza Pizza is terrible. Agree.

Niagara Falls or Niagara on the Lake are nice but about an hour and a half away. I don't know if I'd want to travel quite that far.
