We are indeed experiencing issues with eUpgrades this morning. We appreciate your patience as we work through this.

Our technical teams have been working on the problem since early this morning, and we'll provide more details as they become available.

not even mad now..just tired...tired of being taken for granted...less and less privileges...less caring for the customer who is loyal...less support for crucial systems that we could be using...boy it's hard to love good ole AC anymore.
