The first year after AC put CP out of business they had planned massive cutbacks to the program and had not even announced them as of January 15. Once it got out a few days later there was such an outcry that it was literally front page news across the country for a week.

@ACTopTier just tweeted the following:
Sorry that the @ACTopTier team has been MIA. We're finalizing the 2012 program. Santa will be making his rounds this week... so to speak.

To sum it up, the 2012 top tier plan is:
J9 C9 D9 Z9 R0
That's it.

Does anyone else find it odd there seems almost no official AC representation on this site anymore? All we get is second hand updates from twitter or whatever. AC clearly has staff assigned to social media, but FT ain't getting any love anymore.

with all the unconstructive complaining that goes on here anytime an ac rep did try to inform the FT community before the rest. Not to mention the abundance of personal attacks towards Duncan, Ben, and Andrew in the past. I wouldn't be interested in helping out this immature community either if I were any of them.
The behaviour in this forum is disgusting at most times and reminds me of high school antics. I am not at all surprised if AC were to formally say goodbye and good riddance to the FT community, FT is not worth their time or energy anymore.

Besides, what if AC did/does give up on FT, and no longer assists the FT community. Is anyone going to stop being a customer because someone didn't make an official post on FT first. Come on don't be so arrogant.

There will always be complaints that are justified, those that are not, customers who cannot be satisfied and those who leave without ever letting you know they were unhappy. Even if the details of a complaint seem unreasonable the goal of a company is to make their customers feel good about the product, even an unreasonable complaint is a clear indication you've failed at that goal. The group of people on FT are likely to be both more vocal and more likely to identify problems early. FT is not as big as Twitter, nor Facebook, and AC may well be consolidating their budget on the mainstream, though if problems are not addressed here they will spill into the mainstream where they will begin to erode AC's brand value.
