TA bookings, ease of eUpgrading
In the old system of certs, when a booking was made through a TA, we were only permitted to upgrade through the TA who had to make the request. Under the new system, has anyone had problems doing the online upgrading when the original ticket was issued by a TA?

Have done this a few times now with no issues.

Haven't had a problem with either system...
All my bookings are through the corporate TA and I have done the upgrades myself. I have always phoned AC, or this year, done the requests online, as I don't trust the TA to make the request as close to the allowed time as possible. AC never questioned it.

This was only for a brief time.....AC reversed themselves after a short while. New eupgrades work no matter where your ticket is issued, as long as the name matches your AP account perfectly.
