Trying to book but keep getting the following:

This is obviously an ad hoc response to Hainan Airlines' seat sale from Canada to China: C$499 (+taxes) YYZ-PEK and similar sale fare to other cities including PVG, CTU, CAN and SZX. Business class YYZ-PEK is only C$2,150 return plus taxes.
