Decent restaurant at YYZ?
Is there any place to have a reasonably nice meal at YYZ, preferably either in Terminal 2 or 3? By reasonably nice, I mean table service and food a notch or three above Tim Horton's. (I'll have a 2.5-hr layover and luggage, so going off-airport would be more trouble than I'm willing to deal with.)

Your best bet might be to go the the Sheraton that's attached to T3. They have both a coffee shop type restaurant and then a more upscale one. I've eaten there a couple of times and it's certainly a notch above TH

I agree that the Sheraton T3 restaurant is a nice oasis to get away from the airport hustle and bustle, and have a nice meal.
I guess it all depends on how much you're willing to spend. A lunch at the Sheraton would run you at least $15. If you want something cheaper, there's a Swiss Chalet restaurant in T3 just behind the International check-in counters.

The nicest in T2 in "Second City" and is a cool sort of Bistro style place. It's quite good, and it doesn't seem at all like an airport restaurant. There is complete table service.
It is next to Webbers.
