Flight Redemption Failure
All went smoothly until I entered my cc info, after which the above error appeared. Message advised me to call the "website assistance centre", and with the admonishment "be sure to specify error code". There was no error code.
Tried several times on two browsers. Always the same result.
Didn't have to wait too long to speak with someone, but he couldn't help. Took down the flight info. Said maybe the flights weren't available, even though I told him I could select them (priority non-stop domestic return ticket for 5 days from now) and failure was only after entering cc info.
