Thanks BB,
After almost four weeks of trying, the link you provided got us through. My wife was finally able to check her Airmiles balance to see if she would continue to be "Gold" for the new year (she will be), so that was a big help.
Still can't backtrack to the "Home Page" from there, as it takes us back to www.airmiles.ca
which only partially loads, but we got the info we needed, so thanks again. Will bookmark your suggested URL until they get their problems fixed.

So I got my Airmiles statement in the mail today and as I drop to Elite on AC I got the surprise message that I have moved up to Gold with Airmiles. I didn't even do a MR or anything to get it - LOL
I don't know the details but I assume that booking WS tickets just got easier for me

I introduced you to the Fish & Chip shop in Cambridge and now you want me to give you a beer
Besides once I pay for my beer it's your job to look after me as customer and if I want carry out service you better give it to me or I'm telling your supervisor. BTW, with an attitude like that you can forget a tip once we get to my car. Your FT status is separate from your day job and don't forget that
