Which rules apply?
Currently a bit confused, as an Aeroplan member, if I book Business class on another Star Alliance airline, do Aeroplan status mile rules apply, or does the carrier's rules apply in who's seat my butt is sitting?
As an example, Singapore gives 125% to business, 150% to first, and 300% to their suites for their own program. I'm trying to figure out what that would translate into for an Aeroplan member.
Thanks!
