The old switcharoo trick!
Heading from YYZ-MBJ and, at the time of booking, it was the nice 767. Now it is showing that these are not the upgraded planes. Anyone been on this route as of late? What plane did you get?
If I were using a cert I wouldn't be irked.....but paying for one product and getting another is not so good at all.....

There was another post on this regarding YYZ-BGI. It appears to be a bug in the system - there are only three non-XM'd 767's and none of them are scheduled to be flying Sun routes to the Caribbean.

oh.. I thought the three were still being "XM'd" per se, but not in the typical pod fashion... did I miss something?

The general information is that the 3 remaining 763s will eventually hit the boneyard. Both the 787 delays and the economy have likely trashed whatever the original plans are. So for the un-XMed 763s, you are getting a larger but older and IFEless seat than in a A320/E90,etc...

In Economy, two of three non-XM planes actually have brand new seats, similar to the XM seats (without the PTV). The third plane has refurbished seats.
In the front cabin, all three aircraft have refurbished seats similar to the old 767-200 Executive Class seats.
And yes, don't worry on YYZMBJ as it will be an XM aircraft this winter. The web glitch showing it as a non-XM aircraft will be fixed shortly.

Flew YVR-HNL on Jan 20th on fin 689 old crapy 767. Flew in J class, old seats, but nice, no personal ent system. The seats in Y were all new and very nice. My ten year old and my self sat in 1 HK and my wife in 12 H and she was comfortable.
Flew HNL-YYC on Jan 28 on fin 688 old crapy 767. We all flew in Y in seats 12 DEF and the Y seats were new, nice update no person ent.
Funny thing though, on the 24th we saw fins 633 & 635 at the airport and they were both new, so we were excited that maybe on the 28th we would be on the new plane....Nope it did not happen!
AC asked for $785 as an upgrade cost for J, we said no way! flight landed 40 minutes early, it was all good.
