The general information is that the 3 remaining 763s will eventually hit the boneyard. Both the 787 delays and the economy have likely trashed whatever the original plans are. So for the un-XMed 763s, you are getting a larger but older and IFEless seat than in a A320/E90,etc...
The crap 767 J seat is not larger and is certainly older than on XM planes. At least the XM seats seem a lot roomier than the 767s possibly because of the armrest with the tray.
