Aeroplan Website Technical Problems
Anyone else experiencing problems searching for reward flights? I've been trying all day, and after I enter my search parameters I keep getting this message:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again. If the error reoccurs, call the Aeroplan.com website support centre at 1-866-689-8080."

sometimes that stupid message means there are no more seats left.
I;ve called them before on that message, and they have told me that there aren't any seats left. And when i asked them why don't they just say there is no more seats left instead of an error or technical message, the agent just say something like yeah I know...

Yup, a day and a half later and it still reads the same error message. As usual, I'll just ignore it and keep accumulating the miles. I really think that eventually I'll give up attempting to redeem for a flight and just cash it all in for a few thousand dollars in Costco gift cards. Easiest way I know of to convert the miles into something close to cash.
