Aeroplan Website Technical Problems

Anyone else experiencing problems searching for reward flights? I've been trying all day, and after I enter my search parameters I keep getting this message:

"We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again. If the error reoccurs, call the Aeroplan.com website support centre at 1-866-689-8080."

sometimes that stupid message means there are no more seats left.

I;ve called them before on that message, and they have told me that there aren't any seats left. And when i asked them why don't they just say there is no more seats left instead of an error or technical message, the agent just say something like yeah I know...

I clicked your link to the bio and noticed an interesting link on the website underneath her photograph:

"Download Photo in High Resolution Format"

Why would this link even exist? Is there that much demand for high res photos of AC's executives?

The link is for print media purposes (i.e. newspapers or magazines)

Yup, a day and a half later and it still reads the same error message. As usual, I'll just ignore it and keep accumulating the miles. I really think that eventually I'll give up attempting to redeem for a flight and just cash it all in for a few thousand dollars in Costco gift cards. Easiest way I know of to convert the miles into something close to cash.
