Zimbabwe VISA Forms
We are travelling on South African Airways from Cape Town to Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) via Johannesburg in May 2016. We have a couple of questions.
1. We are USA citizens and will require Zimbabwe VISAs upon arrival at the VFA airport. We understand that there is a form that will need to be completed and presented to immigration officials along with the VISA USD payment. Is this form distributed by South African Airways onboard the flight prior to landing? If not, is there any way to get a copy of the form and complete it prior to landing so as to save time in the immigration line?
2. We also understand that the new International Terminal building opened at VFA in mid-December 2015 and that "modern" jet bridges are now available. Does anyone know which airlines use the jet bridge as opposed to using stairs to/from the aircraft?
Thanks for your responses.

In Sept. 2015, when we landed in Harare from JNB, we had to fill out the forms at the counter. Forms were not distributed on the flight ahead of time. We tried to get the visas at the Zimbabwean Consulate ahead of time but they ran out of "single-entry" visas and told us just to get the visa upon arrival. You will need to pay with newer USD. Nothing before 2006 if I recall correctly.
