Any recent info for lounge access when flying economy Aer Lingus AMS-DUB? Traveling Mid-June

I have Amex Platinum and Priority Pass. (OneWorld Emerald via AA, but my ticket is not a BA codeshare)

Any Priority Pass lounges that one can access for a non-Schengen area flight?
Is the "Aspire Lounge 41" normally accessible? Since it is closed for refurbishment, what are the alternatives (I see that "Gate M" flights are not able to use this). The priority pass app says that the Aspire 41 lounge is closed for refurbishment until July 1st, 2023 (traveling mid-June). But that a "Cafe Frames Lounge 2" and a "Cafe Flor Lounge 2 behind Gate D7" are accessible.

If so, how are either of the Cafe Frames or Face Flor?

It appears that the BA lounge was closed.

Ideas appreciated.
