Most Accurate for Award availability

Which is the best site for award availability? looking at a couple options:
United.com shows availability in C/Y
Expert Flyer shows availability in C/Y (where do they pull from?)
Qantas only shows availability in Y
Avios.com times out a lot but doesn't show availability at all

Looking to book with either United (which says it takes 24 hours to come back with a booking) or Avios but require a transfer of points for either. Can call BA but that's always a pain so looking for your advice please

I find that EF replicates avios pretty accurately but is a little quicker and easier to search multiple dates and routes.

I just read a blog post at one mile at a time in which the author got hit by phantom availability when booking with bA exec club.. Is that a possibility from Avios as well?

So if Avios doesn't list availability but EF does then which one is more trustworthy?
