Lounge access on business basic

I’m looking at booking a business class fare for a flight from Athens to Santorini. The pop-up description of the full-price business class fare lists lounge access and fast track, but does not list those for the “business basic “ fare. But if I push the “compare fares” tab, it lists both as included under “business basic” - both “as available,” the same as full-price business. Which is correct?

Any Business Class ticket gets you access. You can also use the Lufthansa lounge next door.
