I mean I could buy the 5000 tier miles but I am only able to travel in June and May 24, 2023 is when my Gold expires. So do you think it makes a difference in my situation?
This is what I need to keep my Gold. I have also written in to A3 to ask for an extension until end of June instead.7,958 Tier miles
including 4 Aegean or Olympic Air flights

Your card always shows 1 day "longer" than how long you actually have time to gather miles/flights to retain gold. So your "tier retained up to November 23rd" and your card showing "validity" until November 24th means that you only have until November 23rd to meet the requirements. Your qualification year has 365 days, but your card is good for 366 days, so you'll probably be able to fly on the 24th and make use of your gold perks, but unless you've met the tier retention requirements until the 23rd, then as of the 25th you'll have silver tier, not gold, even if you do take a flight on the 24th that grants you miles (with which you would have met the tier retention criteria, had it been up to the 23rd).
For reference, the snapshot of my account. On the top left you see what's on my gold card, below what I need to do to retain it as well as until when (and this is what actually matters).

On 28/09/2023 completed 12k and 4x A3 sectors - case close

If you are actually referring to my own circumstances, then yes, flying 4x and 12k on the 28th and then again on the 29th will secure gold for basically 2 years. However if you do it like this, be aware that when taking the flights on the 29th there's a (high?) chance that the account will show silver status (and will turn gold again after 1-2 days). The gold card of course will still show the same expiration date, but unless someone who's actually done it shares a data point about whether the card actually gets accepted on that "+1" date, even though the account has turned to silver (temporarily, but that's not something that for example lounge dragons can know about, so it depends on what tier is actually saved on your digital boarding pass), I can't guarantee you that it will (never tried it that way).
