UA earning with discount code?
Hello,
I'm going to attend a conference the US. The conference offers a specific discount code that provides for a small discount for flights to the conference on United Airlines.
Would using that have any effect on status miles earned, as long as I get a normal booking class?

(You say a "small" discount. As such, it sounds like this is not a way of booking into a tour operator/industry discounted fare that would be non-earning)
That said - if this trip is to prove to be a vital part of your (re-)qualification strategy - don't rely on it posting the way you think it will!!!
