A3 Renewal Date
I hope that some on can help with the below question, I am due for renewal of the Gold status on the 23rd November this year, I know its many months away but I am planning a trip which will roll my status with the outbound departing and landing, on the 23rd November. Would this Flight be included in my earnings for 2019 as the 'up to' description the A3 website seams unclear if the 23rd is inclusive or the cut of is 22nd Nov.
Hope someone can help shed some light from experiance as I called Aegean twice and got both answers, otherwise i will email them for black and white.

Well, even if it were crystal clear what is meant by "up to", I would never plan a flight for that day, on which renewal depends. There are many reasons to choose from: a strike, a storm, the alarm clock misfunctionned, a disease, a broken leg, a flat tyre, just to mention a few, and your renewal is scr.wed with no possibility of remedy. If you like to... gamble that much, I'd book a flight to a city with a casino on an earlier date, instead.

Yes it will post as a flight on the 23rd, within your qualifying year.
A similar question has been raised before around November last year. Actually, I’m the one who asked this. My eventual experience was, the flights posted normally and I requalified (after a temporary downgrade to silver that lasted a week until the miles posted).
just be careful that you don’t get irrops (delay/cancel/reroute) that ends up with you missing the target miles within the 23rd. Better to reschedule your trip to an earlier date (you have the whole year!)
