problem accessing from iOS devices
For the last week or so I am having difficulties viewing my account, is this normal? I have some outstanding credits to show up so I am checking frequently

It seems to be both the mobile web site and the ios application (presumable they both use the same services).
This happens from time to time, last time it was an expired certificate. Use the normal website to access your account meanwhile.
