I had a round trip with TAP, no miles posted but I think is worth to share my experience... The cheapest ticket from OTP to LIS for my dates was 1150EUR, discounted fare.
As you know, TP for Economy has 4 type of fares: Discounted, Basic, Classic and Flex. I didnt buy Discounted ticket but Classic because I hoped that it will give me at least 50% milrd but... nope. It seems that I got 0 miles.
After I made the booking I checked the fare (there is no way to do it before booking) and it was Oxxxxx, so booking class O, however I read here on FT that TAP might translate this O booking class to another booking class when sent to *A partners, but no luck... I am a bit pissed of because I paid double and Ive got nothing.
Is there anything I can do in this case?

flew 2 LOT intra-EU and domestic flights yesterday (Saturday) and I see them already credited on my account (Sunday at 13:00CET). Aegean update the earnings everyday at 12:30EET or so.

I flew 3 SAS segments on Thursday which appeared two days later on Saturday. The next two segments flown yesterday (1 SAS and 1 Lufthansa) both appeared today. Regarding the timezones the first flight yesterday was still on Saturday European time, but it shows as 30/12/2018 in my account.

And what is the normal behaviour of the retroclaim function these days? I first got "Your claim has been rejected" and on second try "Your claim already exists".
It has been ages since I had to do a retroclaim, maybe this is normal behaviour?

I also got "93-Your request has been rejected." on all retroclaims (TK).. Probably need to wait for a while and then call in. Did yours credit already and did you call CS?

It did not credit by it self (but the return worked just fine). I haven't called yet, but I did send an email asking them to manually retro credit. Auto-response said 10 days wait.
