One of my (coupon upgraded) Aegean flights did not post. I submitted an online claim which was instantly denied (Class 'I' is not eligible). However the next day the miles *did* get added. So even though there was an error, it seems that such requests are still being processed in some way.

Miles from Swiss didn't post witihin 2 weeks so I had to reclaim. The claim went trough within a couple of days.
The strange thing is I flew one codeshare flight operated by SAS and one SAS flight and these posted within days after being flown.
Seems like Swiss takes longer time to post or needs to be claimed to post

I have been gold a couple of years now and the only pattern I have seen is that flights on SAS post within a few days. The rest is a lottery
I've flown on TAM, Swiss and a few others and at least for me there is no pattern

So, my last experience crediting Swiss miles.
I flew on day 6th nov. Miles were not credited. I retroclaimed through Aegean website on day 21 (I was not allowed to retroclaim by Aegean system on day 20th, 14 days after the flight).
On day 24 I received an Aegean email informing that I was downgraded to SILVER. On day 24, evening, I saw that retroclaimed miles were credited into my account (so, 3 days after my claim). This morning, day 25th november, I received another email informing that "your Gold card has been renewed for another year".
My gold status is already visible into my Aegean account page and into iOS Aegean app.
