Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor

Any recent experience here? Or is there still a lot of construction going on? On the verge of booking this place for our 4-day vacay with 2 young kids.

Getting a Hyatt Ziva Cancun vibe with this place...
