Fairmont in Agra, India
Accor has signed a deal with Shekhar Resorts to open the first Fairmont hotel in Agra, home of the Taj Mahal - one of the seven wonders of the world and an UNESCO World Heritage Site in India.
Set to open by 2025, the Fairmont Agra will be located on a bank of the Yamuna River in the city of Agra in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. The hotel, which will have 205 rooms and suites, will be approximately a two-hour drive from New Delhi and around two kilometres from the Taj Mahal.
Facilities will include a signature restaurant, specialty restaurant, coffee shop, bar, swimming pool, fitness center and a spa.

TRIBE Kraków Stare Miasto
Accor has announced plans for the latest property under its midscale lifestyle TRIBE brand, and the first in Poland.
The new-build TRIBE Kraków Stare Miasto is scheduled to open next year close to Kraków Glówny railway station, the Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and Planty park.
Features will include a restaurant, bar, fitness centre and wellness area, with design elements including dark colours, velvet curtains and chevron flooring, “inspired by David Lynch’s artistic vision”.

Same for the 2 tribes scheduled to open in warsaw
By the location they mentionned it means there are 2 possible options
Either it will be conversion of existing ibis or ibis budget
Either the owners/operators of vienna house decided to leave wyndham
If not then it means they plan to take over an existing building which is not an hotel currently , but good luck for opening in 2025

Mama Shelter Cape Town will be located in the City Park building, which was once home to the Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital, though Ennismore has not yet provided an opening date.
The Old Christian Barnard City Park site is being redeveloped by companies Ingenuity and Kasada into a mixed-use development comprising of retail space, offices and residential apartments as well as the Mama Shelter property.
The Mama Shelter property will include 127 rooms across three categories, as well as 68 branded residences – including 36 studios, 23 one-bedroom, five two-bedroom, three three-bedroom and one four-bedroom options.
