Mondrian Singapore (300 rooms) announced today. Opening early 2023 in Duxton Hill, integrating restored shophouses housing welcome areas and loft suites with a tower addition in the back housing the rest of the rooms and rooftop pool/bar, restaurants and speakeasy.

Would be interesting to have another Accor hotel in the area.
Pretty much next door to Sofitel City Center and also there will be 2 Marriott Autograph Collections nearby.
(One of them might be right in front of this Mondrian if my guess about the location is correct)

Accor’s Orient Express brand is set to launch in Rome in 2023, with the major refurbishment of the historic Grand Hotel de la Minerve.
Real estate investor Arsenale Spa has signed a preliminary agreement with the owners of the hotel, the Billi family, to carry out a luxury renovation of the 17th century property.
The hotel will continue its operations under the guidance and management of the Billi family before a 20-month refit process from 2022 (Note that the hotel is closed until March 26 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic).

Accor has announced plans to debut its lifestyle Hyde brand in Mexico, with a hotel and branded residences in the coastal town of Mazatlan.
The waterfront property is slated to open in late 2023, and will offer 150 rooms and 50 premium residences, as well as 300 feet of private beach access.
Features will include a swimming pool overlooking the sea, five dining outlets, spa and fitness facilities, and meeting and events space.
