Did we see you in the bar? Don't forget the free soft drinks from the mini bar!

MGallery William Inglis Warrick Farm, QUALITY++ just how we remember it... Welcomed like family, executive suite upgrade, welcome drinks, chocolates, and great food and free plat breakfasts.

For a prepaid rate of only AUD115pn no wonder we keep coming back!

Feeling very happy and relaxed :-)

A valid point. Obviously, it's difficult to execute a welcome gift that please everyone. One can always ask for something else if the gift isn't satisfactory. I usually let the hotel know if I'm not happy for what I got. Also that way the hotel get important feedback and can improve their services.

Please do confirm this with the hotel first .... we have made an expensive mistake in the past on this. Sometimes the free drinks are just the soft not the hard .... or that they charge you for the coffee capsules .. ( by that has now been sorted thanks Amy ) so won't mention the hotel again.

NOVOTEL Muenchen Messe - a jar of vanilla-covered almonds (great taste + delivered to my room later in the day as not present on VERY early check-in at 9:30)
//
IBIS Duesseldorf Hauptbahnhof - generic supermini packet of mini gummy bears, handed over at reception at check-in.

Novotel Darling Square Sydney
Diamond

Stayed at this hotel 16 times in 2019, this was my first stay of 2020 at Diamond status.
Have always had complimentary breakfast as Platinum and this continues with Diamond.
Also now provide free mini bar - everything included: beer, wine, soft drinks, crisps etc.
