the start was a bit bad
our shutle was at the airport
agency mixed up other clients which had canceled and didt double check the hotel so we took a taxi after a looong flight
At the reception they give right away excuses and promised to take action
we received a voucher for 1 hour massage ,choclates and free shutle back
so its was perfect after all
we had pulman suite and use off the executive lounge
Room perfect lounge a guiet place for breakfast and evening snacks
lounge team was very nice and treat us as guests
the massage was perfect for relaxing and comfort
at the reception we were advised by imran who helped us with everything and was taking care
So many staffmembers became known by name and were taking time to answer questions and so on
