A new record?

Is this a new record (low) for Accor? When checking up on my points for a recent stay I noticed the number of points were wrong, the number of nights was wrong, and the name of the hotel was wrong (which no doubt will cause issues with Accor Places).

I am so looking forward getting them to correct this... for the next number of weeks no doubt....

I have to say I’ve scored a few Accor Places badges early on when the app first launched for hotels - and actually countries - that I never visited. Did t get points though for the hotel stays - there were no stays credited, but at the time it was some earlier milestones that I reached on the places app for different badges.

We we all feel your pain.

Needless to say 10 days after raising this with customer service.... crickets.... What kind of customer service is this? (Not that I am surprised)

17 days later and the points and nights have been corrected. The hotel name is still wrong....

I have been waiting since January to correct the number of nights of a stay in a hotel in Italy from 3 to 4 (the points are correct).

So, in your case they were very efficient!
