A new record?
Is this a new record (low) for Accor? When checking up on my points for a recent stay I noticed the number of points were wrong, the number of nights was wrong, and the name of the hotel was wrong (which no doubt will cause issues with Accor Places).
I am so looking forward getting them to correct this... for the next number of weeks no doubt.... :mad: |

I have to say I’ve scored a few Accor Places badges early on when the app first launched for hotels - and actually countries - that I never visited. Did t get points though for the hotel stays - there were no stays credited, but at the time it was some earlier milestones that I reached on the places app for different badges.
We we all feel your pain. |
Needless to say 10 days after raising this with customer service.... crickets.... What kind of customer service is this? (Not that I am surprised)

17 days later and the points and nights have been corrected. The hotel name is still wrong.... :rolleyes:

I have been waiting since January to correct the number of nights of a stay in a hotel in Italy from 3 to 4 (the points are correct).
So, in your case they were very efficient! :) |
