In a b*tchy mood so I'll complain about this:
Had a 2 night stay at an Accor hotel in Sydney checking out on July 15th. It is now the afternoon of July 23rd in Australia, 8 days and a bit since check-out.
What does the Accor website tell me about this?
So when I put in a request via the webform for missing stay credit what does it tell me?:
There must be something that gets lost in translation where maximum of 7 days becomes less than 8 days and then transforms into your 8+ days is actually less than 7 days

When are my points credited to my account ?
For an eligible stay, within 7 days maximum after your departure date from the hotel

You checked out of the hotel less than 8 days ago. The hotel is still within the time limit for crediting your stay. Please be patient and check your ALL account in the coming days.

That's annoying indeed. What I do is I change the check-in/out date on the form to comply with the 8 days. Accor CS will take at least 4-5 days to get back to you.

I had the same problem many times: now I wait 10 days to make my request.
If points are posted regularly it is less work for the customer who otherwise has to make a complaint and less work for the customer service which must respond to this complaint.
I think Accor should introduce a penalty for hotels that do not post points fast enough in the form of courtesy points

Although I like the idea, Accor HQ is already not able to have hotels complying with ALL programme, so paying a fine for points not posted will take likely another 100 years

My new Accor mantra is please be patient
To be fair ,they don't specify earth days. They may mean 8 days on Venus. I'll post an update in 5.32 earth years.

Do you own an ALL Plus Voyageur card, which will not be valid on the intended dates? I just received this error note as well, when checking dates of summer 2024 (when my current card will be replaced by a new one). If so, this ALL Plus Yoyageur card gets limited as one might only book with the special rate after prolongation. This is new behaviour, I had already have bookings, which went through, but of course are only valid with a said card.
