For those having tech difficulties, you can also use the Accor Hotels app. The sale is happening on there as well

Was able to book my 11 hotels for January in London, Prague and Germany. Good prices, breakfast included. My 32 day visit will keep me gold until Dec 2021

To begin with I will book New Years eve at Pullman Khon Kaen Junior Suite at 7.107THB for 3 nights, we always get upgraded to Executive Suite for 75€/night in this case, a treat.

Unfortunately no precise plans for 2020, Idea is a one month trip to Europe but we have visa issues for the little one because I have no legal status upon her in that regard, can not introduce visa demand until early January....(she was adopted by my partner but we are not married)

I don't get this latest sale to work. On the list of participating hotels are two Novotel properties in Madrid, for example. We're planning to visit Madrid early January...but these Novotel properties seem to offer no discount (and no free breakfast). I'm logged in to the website. Are there additional exclusions that I'm not aware of?

As I understand it, some hotels are playing the game. I looked at Munich and there is one hotel that is not offering a discount or complimentary breakfast

In my experience, hotels offer a certain number of rooms at these discounted/promotion rates. On some dates they expect to be busy anyway, they may not offer any rooms at these rates.

And some hotels promotion rate are more expensive than the Advanced Saver rate so they don't show "Breakfast included" in the search results page.
Like the ibis Tokyo Shinjuku example below:

This happens because the 30% discount is based on some not published flexible rate. Some hotels are playing the game indeed.

I don’t like this super sale. Too many exclusions/black out dates at some properties.

It’s an offer more for Accor to get guests at properties probably more than half empty ...

not the same as other super sales in the past. I remember I got -30% last Christmas at SOFITEL Singapore and the same on August at SOFITEL NY (I would say peak periods)

I agree, the 30% discount is very misleading but not surprising given all Accor promotions lately followed the same pattern.
However, I think I managed to find some acceptable deals (close to 30%) when you account for breakfast.

Example 1: 4 nights at ibis Melbourne Central, non-refundable, in canadian dollars:
- $326 : Super Sale rate, includes breakfast
- $377 : Advance Saver / Stay Longer rate - super sale savings: 14%
- $433 : Includes breakfast - super sale savings: 25%

Example 2: 1 night at Sofitel Magnificent Mile, non-refundable, in canadian dollars:
- $192 : Super Sale rate, includes breakfast
- $227 : Advance Saver / Stay Longer rate - super sale savings: 15%
- $260 : Includes breakfast - super sale savings: 26%

My point is that there are specific cases where this super sale is a good deal. In most cases, it's a bad deal if you don't care for breakfast.

I’m not sure of the source but when I first checked the thread, it had not been mentioned yet.

These sales are great if well organised and flexible. I have booked 6 nights at a Sofitel, 6 at a Raffles, and 5 at a Pullman all months away this time to take advantage of the rates and plan a few months of leisure travels. :-)
