Cannot View Reservation Online

Cannot View Reservation Online

Hello,

I booked a reservation for a Sofitel via my travel agent. I cannot view it online via the "manage your reservation" link and cannot see it when logged into my Le Club account. Reservations has assured me the reservation is fine and linked to my account.

Is this normal for reservations booked via a travel agent?

Accor website is very buggy at the moment (see the dedicated thread), so that maybe the reason. But the fact that your booking has been done by a TA is not reassuring whatever he/she told you. To make sure, just e-mail the hotel and ask them.

I tried to book twice Adagio Monaco (with points) : twice booking were canceled one hour after booking : I could not see the booking on my accourt and I saw that points were posted back to my account.
I had to mail the hotel to be told my booking were canceled.

Does the website normally show reservations made through a travel agent? This is my first reservation with Accor and I do not know what is normal vs. broken. Thanks

I have no idea, as I always book my Accor stays directly with them. But the key question here is whether :
- the booking includes your membership number
- the booking is eligible for Le club earnings and other benefits (e.g., great majority of bookings made through OTA are non-eligible)

I stayed at the Sofitel Athens Airport at the end of June.

I booked the reservation via Rocket Miles and included my Accorhotels account number.

After several days of not being able to see the reservation under my Accor account, I emailed the hotel and provided my account number. I received a reply later that day advising me the reservation was showing at the hotel. The email also advised that I would not accrue any points for the stay.

Following is the relevant part of the email I received from the hotel:

Kindly note that your arrival time has been noted. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for sending us your A-Club number which has been added in our system. Although since your reservation was made through travel agency, no points will be added but you will enjoy all benefits the card offers you in your stays in Accor hotels.
