I stayed at the Sofitel Athens Airport at the end of June.
I booked the reservation via Rocket Miles and included my Accorhotels account number.
After several days of not being able to see the reservation under my Accor account, I emailed the hotel and provided my account number. I received a reply later that day advising me the reservation was showing at the hotel. The email also advised that I would not accrue any points for the stay.
Following is the relevant part of the email I received from the hotel:
Kindly note that your arrival time has been noted. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for sending us your A-Club number which has been added in our system. Although since your reservation was made through travel agency, no points will be added but you will enjoy all benefits the card offers you in your stays in Accor hotels.
