I take a soap bar if it saves the German Sofitels. First Berlin (twice) and now Hamburg....

I liked the hotel and the rooms but found the service to be very underwhelming during my last two stays. Let's see what happens next.

I'm surprised that a seemingly healthy looking building like Alter Wall should be demolished. It doesn't seem that old or in disrepair.
