When I say that a lot of hotels are never looking at their page on ALL website, here is a good examples for Sofitel PHL. Here's what you can see

I just stayed 2 nights there during a business trip. Stay was overall good, and not as complicated as my last one depicted in post N28. However, still some room for improvement in loyalty handling. And this time, wifi was working
.
The lobby and bar/restaurant have been renovated since last time (as shared by Starflyergold in a previous post), but the rooms are still not renovated (at least mine, but it was in acceptable conditions).
I had booked a "magnificent corner room / king bed + sofa". At check-in, the employee mentioned this room category I booked and was clearly working on programming the key, so I guessed that no upgrade was offered. So, I enquired about a Diamond upgrade and magically the largest suite of the hotel was (kindly) proposed. It was the same as the one depicted in my previous stay (post N28), but on opposite side of the corridor, offering nice views on Philly skyline. I will not describe the room again, nothing to complain about it.
There was no welcome letter or welcome amenity
.
Drink voucher has a face value of $25 and you can choose anything on the menu.
I had dinner twice at the hotel and food was very very good. Prices are high of course (this is the US...) but the 22$ F&B credit/day helps to reduce the bill at an acceptable level.
No issue at checkout and points posted within 2 days.
