They said the demande for missing points will be handled in 8 working days. I should theoriquement get a reply by end of this coming week or beginning next, but I won't hold my breath. So far le service client is exactly as I expected.

As our "Accor Concierge" Nathan told us that he is also answering on facebook, I wrote (public and private message) to ask about this incredible delay: they (he?) answered that, as for you, they will contact me on a brief delay...

Ca y est! The points posted today. Took up almost the 8 working days that they said it would.
Looks like I have requalified for Gold. That's enough for me. Ca ne vaut pas la peine to go for Platinum - too much effort for too little reward. Anyway I prefer to concentrate on SPG and try to hit LTP by end of 2017.

Stayed at the Rockford Adelaide two weeks ago. It's a Novotel branded hotel. 13,800points posted a day after I checked out.

SO, FOR AROUND 2.200 EUROS IN SOFITEL I HAD :
4265 FOR THE STAY
4265 FOR THE ACCELERATOR
17060 FOR THE OUR 5TH ANNIVERSARY
SO 25590 POINTS.(4265 X 5). PLEASE NOT THAT I WAS ALSO CONFUSED BY THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION AND UNDERSTOOD THAT i WOULD EXPECT (STAY + ACCELERATOR) X 5.
FYI, MY WIFE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING DESPITE SUBSCRIPTION (NO ACCELERATOR NOR PROMOTION). SO I CAN IMAGINE THEY HAVE PROBLEM FOR OTHERS ALSO.

Point posted fine for me after my stay at the Grand Ambassador Seoul in April, but because the base points where credited wrong (no idea why), I had to send the invoice to Accor and ask them to rectify. They then promptly adjusted everything, including the Platinum bonus and the 5x promotion bonus.
