upcoming bookings: only 1 at a time in the history ? terrible customer service :(

just curious
I have 2 confirmed bookings, one for this month and another one for early september
but only the one for august appears in my account
do bookings only appear one at a time ?

i'm not worried about the reservation itself because the hotel knows i'm coming
but i booked the Mercure's 40th anniversary offer on this one
i don't want to chase Accor le Club customer service as it is quite difficult to get response from them
called them twice, each time they told me that they were not in charge and gave me other number

Got an email from Accorhotels.com asking me to contact Accor Le Club customer service
then got an email from Accor Le Club customer service asking me to contact Accorhotels.com
is it so difficult to have someone linking my booking number to my Accor Le Club account ?
this ping pong game makes me feel that Accor doesn't know how to handle customer relationship or doesn't care...
when one contacts SPG, the representative gets in touch with counterparts internally for you until the solution is found
i just can't bear this kind of attitude "no it's me i don't care, cannot help you"
