Messed up mails?

Messed up mails?
Today I got one of those "this is how many points you have" sort of mail from A-Club but instead of my name this is what showed up:
Decaux-Classic Caroline
Member number: XXXXXXXXXX (Ten digit instead of the normal 16)
Account balance on 11/04/2011: 2001
First time it has happened to me but surly not the first!
Anyway, just wanted to share this useful and very interesting piece of useless information
