Identification not valid?!
Hi,
I just registered with A|Club as planning to stay for extensive period with Accor.
I could log in to my A|Club account and Accor Hotels website, however when I entered my Card Number into the Loyalty Card Number Field when searching for hotels, I was given an error message, "Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details."
Any other member experiencing this problem?
Any advice would be appreciated.
