In my 50+ segments so far this year on AA, poor service has been the rare exception.
In maybe 250 segments over the past 4+ years, I have received poor service exactly zero times. Most FAs have been very good. The "bottom of the barrel" for me have been good. No attitude, no poor service. Guess I'm just lucky.
